1. Introduction
Welcome to the Verdelon web store. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of products from our online store. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other documents referenced herein. Please read these Terms carefully before making a purchase. 2. Product Orders and Availability
2.1. All orders placed on our web store are subject to availability and acceptance by Verdelon. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
2.2. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in SEK (kr) and do not include VAT unless otherwise stated. Applicable VAT and shipping fees will be added at checkout.
2.3. The web store offers a selection of our core products. For our full portfolio, please visit our main website at www.verdelon.com. If an item is not listed on the web store, it may still be available for purchase by contacting our sales team directly.
2.4. For new customers, payment is required in advance. We accept various secure payment methods as indicated on our web store.
3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1. We will make all reasonable efforts to process and ship in-stock products within 5-7 business days from the date of order acceptance.
3.2. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Standard delivery time for in-stock items is approximately 2-3 weeks.
3.3. If a product is out of stock, we will provide an estimated lead time on a case-by-case basis. You will be notified of any significant delays.
3.4. Verdelon is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, unforeseen customs clearance processes, or events beyond our control (Force Majeure).
3.5. The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery.
4. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
4.1. Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales: Please note that our web store is primarily intended for business customers. B2B sales are not subject to the same right of withdrawal rules as consumer sales. Returns for non-defective products will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a restocking fee.
4.2. B2C Consumer Sales: If you are purchasing as a consumer (an individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside your trade, business, craft or profession), you have a statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods. Please contact us to initiate a return and receive instructions. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
5. Product Warranty
5.1. Verdelon warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
5.2. This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, or accident.
Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Normal wear and tear.
5.3. If a product fails to meet this warranty, our sole obligation and your exclusive remedy is, at our option, to repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of the defective product.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish and applicable law, Verdelon shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or in connection with the purchase or use of our products.
6.2. Our total liability for any and all claims related to a product shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that product.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
8. Changes to Terms
Verdelon reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the web store after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
